The Magic Soufflé

In lieu of all the sweets I ate on Christmas day, I wanted to share a unique treat, the Magic Soufflé. 

Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed by this particular Dominique Ansel creation – the brioche outer layer had an odd lemony flavor that I didn’t like. However, the soufflé inside was delicious! In my opinion, the snack would be better if the soufflé stood on it’s own.  I look forward to trying what Dominique invents next.
