My junior year of college I went on a shopping spree online at Forever 21. This blouse was one of my purchases. My shopping spree was like $100.00 and I got a million things because it’s Forever 21 and it’s amazing. I really love the print on this top and love, love, love the kimono-esque sleeves. 

Electric blue shoes = perfection…. need I say more?
